Job Title : Assistant Supervisor, Warehouse

Location : Pasir Gudang

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and control inventory of packaging materials.
2. Ensure proper sanitation and pest control within the packaging material storage area.
3. Maintain accurate records of portable platform weighers and standard weight stones used for packing.
4. Supervise general workers and oversee the issuance of packaging materials to packing stations.
5. Verify that all packaging materials received meet required specifications.
6. Coordinate with production personnel regarding packaging requirements when necessary.
7. Oversee inventory management and proper maintenance of all wooden and plastic pallets.
8. Ensure proper product identification and traceability within the warehouse.
9. Prepare daily floor stock allocations for clerks, tally personnel, and forklift operators to support FIFO practices.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records.
11. Issue required packaging materials to relevant personnel as needed.
12. Implement and adhere to GMP and HACCP procedures.
13. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
