Position Title: HR Assistant

Gender: Open to Male or Female candidates
Age Requirement: Below 30 years old

 

Working Schedule:

  • Working Days: 5 days per week

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description (Daily Responsibilities)

  • Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, medical records, and HR databases.

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Assist in organizing company events, activities, and training sessions.

  • Check, monitor, and verify staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment requests.

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure all files are organized and up to date.

  • Calculate and prepare monthly overtime (OT) claims.

  • Monitor company vehicle renewal schedules and maintenance records.

  • Track and manage foreign workers’ permit renewals and related documentation.

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative or HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
