HR Assistant

Position Title: HR Assistant
Gender: Open to Male or Female candidates
Age Requirement: Below 30 years old
Working Schedule:

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description (Daily Responsibilities)
-
Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, medical records, and HR databases.

Support recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Assist in organizing company events, activities, and training sessions.
-
Check, monitor, and verify staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
-
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all files are organized and up to date.

Calculate and prepare monthly overtime (OT) claims.
-
Monitor company vehicle renewal schedules and maintenance records.
-
Track and manage foreign workers’ permit renewals and related documentation.
-
Perform other ad-hoc administrative or HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
