Position Title: HR Executive

Role Overview
Responsible for managing human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance to support effective workforce management.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment activities for production, warehouse, and administrative roles.

  • Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, hiring processes, and onboarding procedures.

  • Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Manage employee leave, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submissions.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and provide support on HR-related matters.

  • Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies.

  • Maintain and update HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the employee handbook.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate staff training programs and professional development initiatives.

  • Support management in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
