Position Title: HR Executive
Role Overview
Responsible for managing human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance to support effective workforce management.
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage recruitment activities for production, warehouse, and administrative roles.

Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, hiring processes, and onboarding procedures.

Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Manage employee leave, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

Support payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submissions.
Employee Relations
-
Address employee concerns and provide support on HR-related matters.

Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
