Position Title: QC Manager / Executive Chef
Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing product quality, food safety, production standards, and product development while ensuring consistency in food preparation and product quality across all operational outlets.
Quality Control
-
Implement and monitor quality assurance systems for all food products.

Ensure production processes comply with established food safety and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular quality checks on incoming ingredients and finished products to maintain consistent quality.
Food Safety Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Implement and maintain HACCP or other relevant food safety management systems where applicable.

Work closely with the Halal compliance team to ensure adherence to Halal standards and requirements.
Production Oversight
-
Supervise production activities within the central kitchen or production facility.

Standardize recipes and production procedures to ensure product consistency.

Coordinate production planning with the operations team to meet demand and maintain efficiency.
Product Development
-
Develop new menu items and improve existing products to enhance quality and customer experience.

Conduct product testing, trials, and recipe optimization to ensure scalability and consistency.
Training
-
Train kitchen and production staff on preparation standards, quality expectations, and best practices.

Ensure all team members adhere to SOPs, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
