Warehouse Supervisor
Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution of ingredients and packaging to ensure smooth production and supply to operational outlets.
Warehouse Operations
-
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.

Implement and maintain FIFO / FEFO inventory practices to support food safety standards.
Inventory Management
-
Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate buffer stock to support production requirements.

Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any inventory discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
Logistics & Distribution
-
Coordinate deliveries to outlets, central kitchen facilities, and production teams.

Plan delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.

Liaise with suppliers and transport providers when necessary to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Compliance & Safety
-
Ensure warehouse hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

Implement proper storage conditions, including temperature control where required.

Ensure compliance with Halal handling requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
Team Management
-
Supervise warehouse assistants and drivers to ensure efficient workflow.

Provide training on proper material handling procedures and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
