Production Supervisor – Moldshop Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all employees follow and implement work instructions in accordance with ISO-related procedures.
2. Ensure all products produced meet established quality standards.
3. Ensure materials, equipment, and processes are properly maintained and effectively controlled.
4. Work closely with subordinates, QA personnel, and PE & R&D teams to address customer complaints, analyze quality records, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Train and retrain employees to meet quality objectives.
6. Generate and update work instructions, process specifications, and workmanship standards, and submit to PE and QA for review and approval when required.
7. Ensure calibration of all equipment in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
8. Monitor mold usage and abuse levels to achieve target requirements.
9. Plan and supervise mold production based on priority and mold abuse tracking.
10. Conduct daily monitoring of tooling, holders, masters, and machine performance to ensure smooth operations.
11. Enforce safe handling of equipment and molds, and ensure safe workstation practices.
12. Monitor mold inventory, track mold scrap quantities, and perform Pareto analysis on defects impacting yield. 

General Employment Details

• Employment Type: 6-month contract (with potential conversion to permanent upon satisfactory performance)
• If turned permanent entitled to buy company shares
• Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500 (depending on experience)
• Working Days & Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts, 6 days per week (Off day is according to Schedule)
• 7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am (Rotate)
• Overtime 4 hours/day
• Allowances: Shift allowance of RM 10 per night
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree holders are welcome
• Experience Requirement: Preferably 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Workforce Scope: Supervising both local and foreign workers
