POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE/ INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE 

Job Descriptions: 

• Will report to Customer Service Manager.
• Enter Purchase order from customers into our System
• Monitor Outgoing shipment and update customers from time to time for any delay on shipment to them..
• Follow up with Clients who are not buying from us and engaged with them from time to time.
• Process Packing slip or Delivery order for warehouse to pack in advance . Ensure Parts are correctly packed before shipment .
• Send Monthly “Statement of account “to all customers and ensure customer pay on time.
• Support entry of expenses into system and other day to day operation job.
• Others : Quotation to new or existing customers.

Requirements:

• Good in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Is An Organized , responsible personnel and able to communicate to team and customers well .
• Team player and possess the company's culture of work hard, work smart and integrity.
• Education Level: Preferable Diploma and above and speak and type basic English.
• Polite , honesty and good attendance.
