EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Descriptions:
Executive & Strategic Support
• Provide direct, confidential support, including schedule and prioritymanagement.
• Draft, review, and coordinate executive correspondence, reports, andpresentations.
• Organise and prioritise information to support effective decisionmaking.
Business & Operations Coordination
• Coordinate and track business initiatives, projects, and follow-upsacross teams and subsidiaries.
• Ensure timely execution of action items arising from meetings and management directives.
• Prepare structured updates and summaries for management review.
Meetings & Stakeholder Management
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up onaction items.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders onongoing matters.
• Support visiting delegations and management engagements whenrequired.
Commercial, Sales & Partner Support
• Assist with pricing, commission, and agreement-relatedcoordination.
• Consolidate sales-related information and periodic reports formanagement.
Documentation, Compliance & Coordination
• Coordinate preparation and tracking of NDAs, MOUs, agreements,and related documents.
• Support regulatory, certification, and compliance documentationcoordination.
• Maintain proper documentation control and confidentiality.
Travel & Overseas Engagement
• Travel overseas when required to support meetings, exhibitions, orpartner engagements, and assist with logistics and coordinationduring overseas activities.
General & Ad-hoc Support
• Perform other exec-level ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Proven experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives in afast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills (written andverbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines independently.
• Good business sense and ability to understand commercial and operationalcontexts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required, sometimes on short notice.
