POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

Job Descriptions:

• Actively prospect and secure orders from farmers, garden centres, nurseries, agro shops, and northern distributors.
• Promote our range of organic fertilizers, Trichoderma-based supplements, bio insecticides, and potting soils.
• Manage a local storage facility and oversee inventory levels to ensure prompt fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain strong rapport with existing clients while identifying new growth opportunities in the Northern territory.
• Submit weekly activity reports to the HOD in Johor Bahru regarding sales leads, market trends, and collections.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings at our HQ in Singapore to review targets and align on marketing efforts.

Requirements: 

• Must own a reliable pick-up truck for goods delivery and site visits
• Find own warehouse to store the deliveries – all the cost will be under the company
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in agriculture field
• Any educational level is acceptable as long as have sales experience in agriculture sector
• Open race / Open gender but male will be suitable
