POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

Job Descriptions: 

• Carry out Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Correctivemaintenance of machine.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly and maintain records of schedulemaintenance procedures.
• Prepare maintenance routine report.
• Make recommendation spare part to change and solving maintenancerelated problems.
• Identify the machine problem and feedback to Production and Engineering.
• Preparation Preventive Maintenance Schedule – Daily, Weekly,Monthly and Yearly.
• Take immediate action during machine breakdown for minor problemsand follow up with own action.
• Co-operate with Engineering for Major Problems (supporting)

Requirements: 

• Problem analysis and solving skills.
• Posses a Mechanical or Electrical skills certificate.
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Effective technical skills (including designing skill)
• Presenting technical information, equipment maintenance,conceptual skills
• Quality focus, general consulting skills
• Interpersonal skills
