POSITION: CNC MILLING MACHINIST (SETTER) 

Job Descriptions: 

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specified drawings and tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify process improvements and implement them
• Maintain detailed production records and reports
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations in the workplace

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machinist (Setter) in the engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling machine operations, programming, and maintenance
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering team
• Certification or training in CNC machine operation and programming preferred
