POSITION: CONVENTIONAL MACHINIST 

Job Descriptions: 

• Operating a variety of conventional machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture parts to precise specifications
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine the appropriate machining processes and techniques
• Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements
• Maintaining accurate records of production data, machine usage, and quality control measures
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Conventional Machinist or in a similar role within the Mechanical Engineering industry
• Proficient in the operation of conventional machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
