POSITION: CNC PROGRAMMER 

Job Descriptions: 

• Program CNC machines to produce mechanical parts and components according to engineering specifications and drawings
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes and techniques
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to CNC programming and production
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and reduce waste

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Skilled in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimise production processes
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
