POSITION: FLORIST (SINGAPORE)
Job Descriptions:
• Arrange hand bouquets, table arrangements, funeral stands, and other floral designs according to shop standards and customer requests
• Prepare flowers daily: trimming, conditioning, cleaning, and maintaining freshness in the cool room
• Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and online orders (order taking, clarifying requirements, suggesting suitable designs)
• Wrap bouquets neatly and consistently with the shop’s style and SOP
• Assist with event setups (weddings, corporate events, openings, etc.) when required
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and common areas
• Check flower quality upon arrival and report any issues (wilted, damaged, missing items)
• Coordinate with drivers / delivery partners to ensure orders are packed securely and labelled correctly
• Support stock-taking and simple inventory work (wrapping paper, ribbons, vases, fillers, accessories)
• Follow shop SOPs for photo-taking of completed bouquets and updating status in system / group chat
✔ Working days & hours (normal / shift / OT expectation) 5 or 6 days : 8am to 6pm
✔ Travel requirement (frequency, region) : No
✔ Location & relocation support (if any) : No
✔ Salary range (base + variable) : SGD2k to 3k
✔ Bonus / commission structure ; Performance bonus up to 2 months
