POSITION: QC OPERATOR 

Job Descriptions: 

• Perform quality inspection on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality standards and procedures.

• Conduct sampling, testing, and basic laboratory analysis to ensure product compliance with specifications.

• Record and document inspection results accurately in quality reports and logs.

• Identify, report, and assist in investigating quality issues, defects, or non-conforming products.

• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required by the QC team.

• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the QC laboratory and inspection areas.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), GMP, and safety guidelines at all times.

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Science or Diploma with commercial laboratory experience (sampling).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC, laboratory, or manufacturing environment is an advantage (fresh graduates may be considered).

• Knowledge of basic quality control procedures, sampling methods, and inspection techniques.

• Able to handle basic laboratory equipment and conduct simple testing.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work in shifts (if required).

• Physically fit and able to work in a production or laboratory environment.
