SENIOR QA ANALYST
POSITION: SENIOR QA ANALYST
Job Descriptions:
• Utilize quality assurance methods and tools to ensure effective testing procedures.
• Identify, understand, and rectify issues in the production process through problemsolving skills.
• Communicate problems, solutions, and updates effectively to team members and management.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
• Understand the design, function, and usage of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Set quality assurance standards based on customer expectations and industry requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics related to quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Assist in developing training materials for quality assurance and compliance staff.
• Evaluate data and make operational decisions using analytical skills.
• Detect defects in products and processes with strong attention to detail.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Conduct supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform HALAL audits to ensure products meet HALAL certification requirements.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance processes.
• Ensure documentation requirements for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) sites are met.
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with ISO procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the department and company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• You are authorized to act within the jurisdiction and capacity in your job scope to deliver the results/output expected of your job function.
Requirements:
Preferred Skills
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of Good Manufacturing Practices , Quality audits and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Certification of Quality Control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Science, biotechnology, or biochemistry, and not limit to other relevant courses ,Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years as QA in the pharmaceutical industry, familiar with GMP.
• Must be a detail oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, Halal, and ISO 9001.
• Experience working in Clean Room or Pharmaceutical background is a bonus
