POSITION: DEPUTY MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT 

Job Descriptions
1. To manage and supervise audit team member to execute audit assignments in accordance to annual audit plan
2. Ensure audit processes carried out are in accordance to the guidelines set in IOl Corp's Group Internal Audit Policies & Procedures
3. Provide support in preparing Annual Audit Plan and attend to all requirements from IOl Corp Internal Audit department whenever is necessary.
4. Build staff competency which includes provide job coaching, training and guidance to staff
5. Ensure that audit administrative matters, including job scheduling, staff scheduling and audit job status and etc are closely monitored. Proactively identify areas for improvement to ensure smooth audit process and timely completion of audit assignments.
6. Perform any other job-related duties and adhoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Degree Holder In Accountancy, Business Administration or Economic And Or Professional Qualification like ACCA, CIMA (Full or partially qualification).
• Minimum 5 years Internal Auditor audit experience (With resources based manufacturing industries is an added advantage).
• Proficiency In Microsoft Office Software & Knowledge in SAP system is added advantage
• Knowledge in data analytics tool would be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Having managerial skills & experience in managing subordinates.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
