AUTOMATION CONTROLS ENGINEER (SHENZHEN/CHENNAI)
POSITION: AUTOMATION CONTROLS ENGINEER (SHENZHEN/CHENNAI)
Job Descriptions
1. PLC and HMI Expertise: Familiarity with Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance PLCs and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
2. PLC Software Development: Write, test, and maintain PLC operational control software for equipment.
3. Automation Communication: Develop and write software for automation communication control, including CIM (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) and SECS (Semiconductor Equipment Communication Standard).
4. Logic Design and Testing: Design operational logic and perform testing and modification of PLC programs.
5. Electrical Design: Design circuits, assemble them, and maintain the hardware BOM (Bill of Materials).
6. On-site Management: Manage the assembly site and assist with guiding control panel assembly and troubleshooting circuit issues.
7. Robotics: Program, debug, and troubleshoot common industrial robots.
8. On-site Commissioning: Perform on-site debugging and implementation of equipment.
Requirements:
1. Capable of supporting equipment assembly and refining process standards.
2. Proficient in PLC programming for Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance systems would be advantageous
3. Experienced in HMI programming would be advantageous
4 Knowledge in selecting and applying standard electrical control components for automation would be advantageous
5. Must be proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
