AUTOMATION MECHANICAL ENGINEER (SHENZHEN/CHENNAI)
POSITION: AUTOMATION MECHANICAL ENGINEER (SHENZHEN/CHENNAI)
Job Descriptions:
1. Large-scale automation equipment development: Design, material selection, fabrication, testing, and improvement of mechanical structures.
2. 2D/3D modeling: Create 3D models and 2D drawings, and optimize existing equipment through design changes.
3. Mechanical troubleshooting: Resolve mechanical issues during the process of improving equipment quality and operational efficiency, and quickly iterate through prototyping, testing, and improvements.
4. Production equipment optimization: Modify and improve existing production equipment to address operational issues.
5. On-site management: Oversee and guide assembly and testing, and write equipment specifications, maintenance manuals, and repair handbooks.
6. Training development: Create and conduct training courses.
7. Equipment commissioning: Perform on-site debugging and implementation of new equipment.
Requirements:
1. Support equipment assembly and contribute to the refinement of process standards.
2. Knowledge in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software is required.
3. Knowledge in basic machining and surface finishing techniques.
4. Experienced in selecting and applying standard automation components would be advantageous
5. Must be proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
