POSITION: THERAPIST (SINGAPORE) 

Job Descriiptions: 

• Provide postpartum care services and support to new mothers, focusing on comfort, recovery, and overall well-being.

• Perform body treatments, massages, or wellness therapies according to training and company standards.

• Offer professional guidance on postpartum recovery, body shaping, and wellness routines.

• Assist customers in understanding suitable treatment plans based on their needs and recovery progress.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in all treatment and consultation areas.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and supportive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all mothers.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sessions and long-term engagement.

• Promote wellness packages, treatments, and related products in a professional and informative manner.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and high standards of care when handling sensitive customer information.

Requirements: 

• Experience in postpartum care, wellness, or beauty is an advantage (training provided).

• Relevant certifications in massage or beauty therapy are a plus.

• Strong customer service skills with a warm and positive attitude.

• Well-groomed, motivated, and service-oriented.

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Physically fit to perform hands-on treatments.

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
