Position: Site Safety Supervisor Cum AGTES
Job Description:
1. Act as authorize gas testing (AGT), perform gas testing, atmospheric monitoring, and ensure safe entry into confined spaces.
2. Act as Entry Supervisor (ES), verifying permits and safety controls before work begins.
3. Ensure compliance with DOSH Confined Space Regulations and ICOP 2010.
4. Maintain records of permits, gas test results, and confined space entry logs.
5. Support emergency preparedness and rescue coordination during confined space work.
6. Monitor day-to-day safety at project and maintenance sites.
7. Ensure all contractors and workers follow safety procedures, PTW requirements, and company rules.
Conduct site inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions to the EHS team.
9. Assist in preparing and reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JA) and Risk Assessments.
10. Liaise with contractors, project team, and operation team on safety control measures.
11. Prepare weekly reports on confined space activities and project safety observations.
12. Participate in incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
