Position: Account Executive

Location: Taman Nusa Idaman, Iskandar Puteri Johor

Basic salary: RM3800 – RM5000

Description

• To perform full spectrum of AR, AP & GL functions, daily operations and month-end-closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.
• Prepare payment listing and process payment to vendors.
• Handle petty cash and expenses claim reimbursements.
• Prepares daily accounts receivables entries and timely posting to system
• Follow up on customer receivables outstanding matters with customers and/or business unit
• Daily updates and monitoring of bank statement transactions.
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
• Perform monthly cash flow updates and monitoring.
• Prepare journal entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and proper month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare audit schedules and support auditor in conducting external audit.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and work within required deadline.
• Working experience in construction or Oil and Gas environment will be an added advantage.
