POSITION: NPI MANAGER 

Responsibilities: 

• To manage and lead a group of engineers whose responsibilities are transfering various products and process from HQ to be implemented on site. 
• To unsure smooth product transfers with systematic tracking and reporting.
• Own the general product knowledge and act as a reference for any issue related to product 
• Support day to day issues related to products
• Communicate with various departments to ensure all activity related to enabling the product at the production line are coordinated
• To ensure BOM, tooling, jigs, and equipment are available for product use
• To ensure processes are well established before production is run
• Toensure the products are within acceptable limit before introduction to production stage
• To support change management
• To communicate with related party in HQ with respect to NPI and product related

Qualification: 

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any Engineering field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment preferable with at least 3 years in management role
• Knowledge in process engineering tools such as DMAIC, 8D,, Root cause analysis
• Well versed in NPI and product transfer
