• Support marketing promotions, campaigns, and events (including coordination and follow-up).

• Maintain and update company's marketing tools, posters, and resources.

• Provide support and guidance to distributors to achieve sales and TA targets.

• Handle distributor enquiries, feedback, and provide training/motivational sessions (physical or offline).

• Assist in Travel Award (TA) preparation, analysis, and distributor progress tracking.

• Coordinate with Branding Department on marketing videos, digital content, and campaign materials.

• Monitor and report sales performance, promotion results, and market trends.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

• Carry out any other marketing-related duties as assigned.

 

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or support roles. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience with CRM systems and event coordination.

• Presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training/sharing sessions.

• Familiarity with the direct selling / MLM industry is preferred.

• Good command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Willing to travel and support events during non-office hours when required
