JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

Full time (based in office)/ Contract or Freelance (other states of Malaysia)

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop monthly campaign calendars, funnel strategies, and ad creative briefs aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance daily — track, analyze and report on key KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
  • Propose media budgets, split tests (A/B), and audience segmentation strategies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and new ad platform features
  • Ideate and execute campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, retargeting efforts, and always-on awareness ads
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to tailor creatives and messaging to targeted audiences
  • Contribute to cross-channel digital marketing strategies, including landing page optimization and funnel performance
  • Manage social platforms and support organic content planning when necessary
  • Ensure continuous review and refinement of campaign strategies based on analytics and changing trends

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising or digital campaign management
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and digital ad formats
  • Experience in writing performance-optimized copy and managing visuals for ad creatives is a bonus
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet strict deadlines
  • Team player with strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
  • Understanding of Singapore’s consumer and digital landscape will be an added advantage
