JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATOR (CATEGORY) 

Full time (based in office)

Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month (up to RM4,000)

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to Category department  
  • Compiling and filing duties (shipping document, regulatory document etc)
  • Processing and verifying of documents (claims, payments, invoices etc)
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments for incoming & outgoing shipments/ deliveries
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; with minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skill & Positive working attitude
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
