Job Title: Operation Manager

Nature of Business: Airbnb / Homestay Management Company

 

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

•⁠  ⁠Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including property management, cleaning services, guest services, and maintenance operations

•⁠  ⁠Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the company's standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction

•⁠  ⁠Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and local regulations

•⁠  ⁠Manage a team of property managers, maintenance staff, and cleaning services to ensure that all properties are properly maintained and that guests have a memorable experience

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure that the company has access to reliable and high-quality services

•⁠  ⁠Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the company's operations are aligned with its overall business goals

•⁠  ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the company

•⁠  ⁠Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively

•⁠  ⁠Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the company's performance and progress towards its goals.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Qualification: Diploma & above
  • Relevant Experience: Min. 2 years in hospitality industries as Duty Manager/Front Desk/Housekeeping Managerial Role
