JOB TITLE: CHEMICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

·        Identifying and acquiring new customers through direct sales techniques, business directories, and referrals.

·        Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and visits.

·        Educating potential and existing clients about the features and benefits of the company’s chemical products and services.

·        Preparing and delivering sales presentations that effectively explain complex scientific concepts and product benefits.

·        Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.

·        Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients.

·        Providing technical support and after-sales service to clients.

·        Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

·        Staying updated on the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

·        Participating in trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other industry events to increase product awareness and cultivate customer relationships.

·        Working with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products

Qualifications:

·        Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the chemical industry.

·        Knowledge of chemical products and industry trends.

·        Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

·        Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

·        Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

·        Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

·        BS/BA degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.

·        Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the position involves coordination with China based engineers on site.

Years of Experience:

·        At least 2-5 years working experience in related filed.
