Job Decriptions:
- Must have warehouse operations experience. Support and partner with warehouse leaders from HRG aspects
- Strong in HR Generalist/HRBP, especially IR & ER.
- Hands-on style: manage recruitment, onboarding, HR policies. Familiar with local labour law
- Big blue-collar project launching in 3 months.
- Hardworking, practical character required. Hands-on, solution mindset, stakeholder engagement, resilience and sense of urgency to support, communicate and implement HR processes/programs/initiative. Workplace culture and employee engagement.
