JOB TITLE: QUALITY MANAGER

(Report to Site General Manager)

Key responsibilities:

• · Oversee the implementation and ensure efficiency of inspection and effectiveness.
• · Gather and organize statistical quality data and analyse data for preventive action plans.
• · Manage and lead company quality system, EHS and Kaizen.
• · Manage customer complaints and drive continuous quality improvement internally and externally (suppliers and contract manufacturers) and other non-compliance issues
• · Continuous update and drive internal/external quality criteria alignment to eliminate overkilling losses.
• · Manage customer/certification audits and ensure compliances.
• · Manage and drive improvements to reduce cost of quality.
• · Manage and liaise with oversea customer, partner, resident engineer on quality related matters.
• · Manage and control supplier/subcon quality.
• · Lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and monitor supplier performance.

Key requirements:

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• · Strong interpersonal and management skills. Able to lead internal team and deal with external customers on the quality issues and customer audits. (Mandatory)
• · Technical experience in plastic moulding industry or EMS manufacturing environment
• · Have deep knowledge in APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/Control Plan. (Mandatory).
• · Have practical problem-solving skills such as PDCA/QCC/5W1H (Mandatory).

• · Minimum 5 Years Working Experience
