RETAIL OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Retail Operation Executive
Job Description:
1) Overseeing day to day operations of the petrol station.
2) Maintenance and upkeep of the petrol station building and equipment.
3) Overseeing operations are in compliance with the Health, Security, Safety and Environment (HSSE) rules and the local authority requirement.
4) Stock management and ordering of lubricant & wet stock (petrol and diesel).
5) Hiring, discipline and motivation of staff. Conduct induction and OJT for new staff.
6) Handling customer's complaints concerning operations.
7) Manage cash flow/cash in cash out, account of Petrol Station.
8) Monthly activities report submission to the retailer and relevant petroleum company.
Requirements:
- Age Range: 30 – 50
- Race: Preferably Chinese
- Gender: Male/Female
- Working Location: Nearby Impian Emas Skudai (Opposite Southern College University)
- Working hours & days: 6 days, 8am-5.00pm
Education Level:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
Experience:
- Retail operation management
Other requirement:
- Preferably with retail petroleum background
