JOB TITLE: RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

Job Description 

• – Serve walk-in customers
• – Explain products and provide customer quotation
• – Close deals and collect deposit
• – Assist in replying inbound enquiries from customers
• – Assist in replying whatsapp message
• – Assist in documents filings
• – Assist in placing order with suppliers and follow up
• – Assist in co-ordinate with customers on installation date and time
• – Assist in other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

• – Minimum 2 years working experience
• – English and Mandarin speaking
• – Open to Malay who can speak English
• – Independent, Easy-going, hard-working
• – Mircosoft excel and words
• – Can work under fast speed environment

Additional:

• Working days: 5 days (Off Monday and Tuesday)
• Working hours: 10am – 7pm
• Commission: 2% – 3%
