Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• · Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
• · Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and principal partners.
• · Establish solid client relationships and enhance client engagement.
• · Discuss with management to develop sales planning and execution plans.
• · Progressively discuss all opportunities with management and principal.
• · Consistently update deals internally and ensure client data accuracy.
• · Manage a set of assigned client accounts, consistently identifying and developing sustainable business opportunities.
• · Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, principal channel team, network, etc.) and manage partners for sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• · Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• · Strong communication, PR, strategic, execution, and charismatic skills.
• · A self-starter who is proactive, committed, disciplined, energetic, and a team player with leadership qualities.
• · Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• · Young champs are encouraged to apply.
