Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- · Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- · Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and principal partners.
- · Establish solid client relationships and enhance client engagement.
- · Discuss with management to develop sales planning and execution plans.
- · Progressively discuss all opportunities with management and principal.
- · Consistently update deals internally and ensure client data accuracy.
- · Manage a set of assigned client accounts, consistently identifying and developing sustainable business opportunities.
- · Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, principal channel team, network, etc.) and manage partners for sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- · Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- · Strong communication, PR, strategic, execution, and charismatic skills.
- · A self-starter who is proactive, committed, disciplined, energetic, and a team player with leadership qualities.
- · Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
