POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibility:

In collaboration with the line manager (department mentor), the objective is to develop sales channels and implement the annual sales plan, aligning with the company's marketing strategy.

1. It is essential to increase sales profits, control costs, and expand product sales in the corresponding region (or industry). Achieving sales targets is also crucial.
2. It is essential to maintain effective communication with customers. Stay informed in real time about their needs. It is essential to provide them with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and attentive service.
3. Secure market share by introducing new products to customers and strategically expanding the market presence of existing products.
4. Work closely with internal departments, such as Logistics, Production, Technology, and Quality Assurance, to promptly respond to customer inquiries and meet their needs.
5. Demonstrated expertise in product and market strategies, handling inquiries, quotations, contract terms, and signing. During contract execution, the role involves coordinating and promoting cooperation among various functional departments.
6. To collaborate with team members to identify and onboard new customers while also cultivating relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued patronage.

Requirements:

Qualification:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a college degree and be open to undergoing corporate training to support long-term professional growth.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales. Fresh graduate is also encourage to apply.
• An understanding of packaging materials or experience with injection molding and related processes would be considered a plus.

Skills (if required)

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-discipline, a proactive and result-oriented attitude, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
• This candidate is passionate about sales, highly responsible, and able to work well under pressure
• Willing to learn new sales techniques, product knowledge and industry trend, adapt and contribute to a team environment are essential for this entry-level position.
