Job Title: Operation Manager
Duty
Fully responsible for the operation team within a new facility
manufacturing
supply chain management (including purchasing (“technical”)),
product quality control within Operations,
compliance systems as well as continuous process improvement,
evaluation and implementation of adequate manufacturing technologies.
ensure that enterprises organize production in accordance with laws and regulations
ensure all appropriate standards/compliance requirements, customer specific requirements and legal requirements are in place and complied with.
Capability
Manage the supply chain agreed inventory levels and vendor selection.
Implement and maintain the Plastiflex quality assurance system
Ensure that the local legally required Safety procedures and Plastiflex minimum safety standards are in place.
Forming a highly qualified and motivated team of professionals, encouraging them to collaborate and build bridges between departments and other facilities within Asia
Managing maintenance,
quality control and assurance,
Responsibility
Responsible for the financial results of their department, estimate costs and prepare budgets
Monitor production to resolve issues (including maintenance and quality issues)
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Ensure output meets efficiency and quality standards
Enforce health and safety precautions
Report to upper management
Assuring the production of right products in right time with trained people.
Identifies, initiates and manages the continuous improvements programs and activities, manages activities related with the realization of the improvement proposals of process and product from employees, reports results.
Coordinating production plan to produce the products that fulfill all requirements of quality, time, material and cost.
Defining the necessary skills and identifying training needs for development of all departments employees to grow to a higher professional level.
Leading all operations in terms of efficiency, reliability and culture.

Experienced with relevant Quality Systems (e.g. ISO,…)
Knowledge of automotive standards, LEAN, Kaizen, etc.
Supply chain management knowledgeable ( procurement, warehousing, shipment)
Technical affinity with plastic raw material transformation (extrusion considered a plus)
Strong knowledge of operational processes and related financials
Experience in reporting on key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Proven experience as production or operation manager, with a strong technical capability or equivalent through relevant experience (min. 5 years) with proven track record
Master Degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Chinese language considered a plus
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
