Job Title: Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support product launches and brand awareness initiatives
● Manage content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and the company website
● Develop calendars, campaigns, and visuals that align with the brand voice and objectives
● Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and prepare regular performance reports
● Coordinate with internal teams (e.g design, sales, product) and external partners (e.g., influencers, agencies, media) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify trends and opportunities
● Support in the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
● Update and maintain the website
● Assist in copywriting, proofreading, and quality assurance for all marketing materials
Requirements
● Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital, or social media roles
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite)
● Experience in content planning and social media management across multiple platforms
● Strong understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.)
● Creative thinking, excellent time management, and a can-do attitude
● Knowledge of design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
● Video editing or short-form video content creation experience (e.g Reels, TikToks) is a plus
