Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities

● Be an excellent brand ambassador for company be it at the showroom or trade show

● Resolve customer enquiries and issues with tailored sales solutions

● Recommend and support business improvement initiatives to drive sales growth along the entire online-to-offline customer journey

● Other ad-hoc tasks to support the expansion of the business

Requirements

● 1 year of relevant experience in related industry will be advantageous

● Ability to quickly build relationships and present excellent product knowledge to customers/clients.

● Strong prospecting, negotiation skills and customer engagement

● Creating and delivering presentations to client/ customer needs

● Prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently without much supervision
