SALES ENGINEER
Job Title: Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s full product range, especially within building automation and OEM sectors.
• Drive new business development and actively maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits across Johor to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Johor Branch Manager and broader sales team for smooth coordination.
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in industrial, engineering, or cable-related sectors)
• Mandarin speaking is mandatory (for client communication)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
• Energetic, proactive, and committed to long-term growth
• Willing to travel frequently across Johor
