POSITION: IT EXECUTIVE 

Job Descriptions:

• Design, create, and configure software programs and back-end applications to support business operations.
• Implement maintenance programs, diagnose bugs, and deploy patches for existing software.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and performance optimization.
• Align software and business application strategies with company goals collaborating with HODs/Management and other departments to identify requirements and provide technical updates.
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect data integrity.
• Create technical documentation for system processes, procedures, updates and upgrades.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in software development, system design, and business application or similar roles (often 2+ years for executive roles).
• Strong analytical skills for debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI), SharePoint platform, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Microsoft Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL and Canvas.
• Basic knowledge of programming language such as Ubuntu, PuTTy, Phyton, C#, PHP and HTML.
• Basic knowledge in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic 365) will take advantage.
• Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues such as hardware PC, laptop, printer, iOS/android mobile phone and network devices.
• Any ad-hoc IT task assigned by HODs or Senior Management.
• Ability to supervise and support IT technical staff.
• Typically requires a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
