QUALITY MANAGER
Job Title: Quality Manager
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATION
* Possess at least a bachelor's degree holder or equivalent in any Engineering field.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with at least 5 years in management role.
* Good knowledge on QEHS management requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001) and quality tools (7QC basic tools, SPC, MSA, 8D report, FMEA). Knowledge in FSC-COC will be an added advantage.
* Ability to foster and promote a positive working environment.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making.
* Able to work independently.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & writing) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Employ and promote the adoption of a process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle when establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the effectiveness of quality management system.
* Ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Understanding and managing the interrelationships and interdependencies among the processes of the organization, so that the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization can be enhanced.
* Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus by ensuring that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood, and consistently met.
* Facilitating risk-based thinking to enhance interested parties' satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.
* Plan actions to address the risks and opportunities, integrate and implement the actions into its quality management system processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of these actions.
* Monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of organization performance.
* Develop, implement, analyze and continually improve department objectives.
