Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager / Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance or Supply Chain. Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Full-Time position available.
- Able to join immediately is advantage.
- Able to speak & write in Mandarin.
Job Description:
- Delivering all aspects of the Supplier Operations Quality Assurance function on an on-going basis in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy to ensure that the business products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
- New suppliers’ qualification
- Pre-assessment of supplier quality capability
- Supplier factory audit
- Drive new supplier development in order to meet company QMS requirement
- On – going Supplier Quality Management & Development
- Monthly supplier performance reporting and follow up
- Incoming LAR monitoring and follow up
- Drive supplier corrective action and continuous improvement
- Surveillance audit for AVL supplier
- Drive supplier quality system improvement
- Customer Complaint (Materials related)
- Supplier 8D review & CLCA
- Drive for root cause analysis, corrective action & preventive action
5. Support Customer Quality
– Monitoring Primary factory KPI
6. Support Product Reliability and System Compliance
– Coordinate between primary factories and STC / HK lab for on-going reliability
– Monitor the primary factories system compliance
