Job Title: Senior GL Accountant 

Position Focus: 

• Key role for all accounting issues, quality control and interface external in GBS
• Responsible for audit PBC list preparation and follow up
• Ensure the integrity of the financial records, reports and processes
• Execute accounting activities to ensure the consistence with LEAP and China GAAP 

Job Description: 

• Monthly perform closing timetable, ensuring that general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Report timely and accurate information in accordance with appropriate global / statutory standards. Provide management with reports of monthly close analyses in a timely manner. Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, as appropriate and provide analysis of accounting information as required
• Prepare data for financial analysis and assist in tracking and analyzing financial performance
• Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions
• Capex procedure
• Prepare audit PBC list, coordinate and support internal/external audit
• Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports. Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results. Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings
• Recommend and develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the close process
• Participate in special projects as requested. May assist with training programs for new accounting employees
• Monitor junior AR/AP accountant daily operations

Qualification: 

• College degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum three years of independent GL working experiences; Chinese entity service experience preferable
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Solid understanding of Chinese / US GAAP and practice
• Strong sense of work responsibility & accountability
• Accuracy/Attention to detail
• Excellent Chinese speaking / reading / writing skills
• Good English speaking / writing skills
• Experience with ERP, QAD preferable
