Job Title: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (China)
Position Focus:
The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas – looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis. The candidate will be “hands on”; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.
Job Description:
• Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.
• Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants
• Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making
• Establish and maintain key operational reports
• Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
• Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.
2. Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.
3. 5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.
6. Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.
7. Strong P&L Logic.
8. Knowledgeable about company/ automotive industry.
