Job Title: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• To oversee the project team and delegate tasks ensure aligns with project scope and timeline.
• Lead full and manage the project lifecycle from award to handover.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently across the project timeline.
• Conduct project meetings, site walk-throughs, and design reviews.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
• Monitor project expenditures, handle variation orders (VO) and ensure profitability.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractors’ performance and compliance.
• Oversee site work and ensure high quality workmanship and design implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Track project KPIs and report updates to management.
• Ensure proper documentation for handover and project closure.
Requirements:
• Candidate should possess Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Science, Construction Management, or any equivalent qualification.
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in the Construction, Site, Interior Fit Out/ renovation industry or related field.
• Proven experience in managing commercial or corporate fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is a plus
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, ID detailing and site practices.
