Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities, actively engage with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft ERP and Acumatica ERP solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation phase, providing seamless service to clients.
Qualifications/Skills:
Education: University degree with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
Experience: Three to five years of software sales experience, with a good knowledge of ERP software solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software implementation industry, specifically ERP solutions, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet revenue targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Project Teams and Clients.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
