Job Title: HR & Admin Manager
Job Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
• Ensure efficient administration of monthly payroll and all related monthly payment.
• Undertaking all duties relating to the payments of bonuses, increments, promotions etc in a timely and Effective manner (base on Group HR guideline).
• Managing the Performance Appraisal Exercise of all employees annually based on Group HR guideline.
• Managing the company’s pay scale and employee grading for all staff strictly.
• Manage and analyse labour cost which justified with sales revenue.
• Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the business directions.
• Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop learning and career development programs and initiatives that provide internal development. Opportunities for employees to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Managing all activities relating to employee welfare, services & benefits, including Group insurance , award Etc.
Recruitment:
• Assisting in manpower studies to determine the headcount required for all Departments.
• Reviewing all manpower requisition to ensure all requisitions made by HODs are sufficiently justified in order to approve such requisitions.
• Hiring of personnel to meet headcount requirement.
Training & Development:
• Managing the coordination of all trainings as conducted for employees of the organisation.
• Compliance the training requirements meet customer, ISO , government and 3rd party audit.
• Monitoring all HRDF Claims from the HRDC of the training programs.
Others:
• Monitoring outsource security guard to meet company security standard.
• Manage HR 5S , EHS activity which meet the management , customer audit criteria.
• Ensure all government licencing renew on time .
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
• Possess a minimum qualification of degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• Ability to proficiently speak & understand English & Malay, Mandarin will be a definite advantage)
• Need to have vast knowledge and working experience in Human Resource field.
• Knowledge of BCA / BIPO Payroll & TMS Software is an added advantage.
• Well verse in Labour / IR Law, EPF / Pekerso / LHDN Statutory requirement.
Education or Formal Training
• Degree holder in Human Resource.
Experience Required
• Has at least 5 years of HR Managerial working experience in manufacturing.
