Position: Warehouse Keeper
Responsibilities & Duties

Material Handling & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials against delivery notes and ensure proper documentation in Oracle/ERP system.
- Ensure raw materials are stored safely and in compliance with storage guidelines.
- Accurately pick, prepare, and issue raw materials for production based on the daily manufacturing schedule and manufacturing sheet.
- Manage finished goods storage and ensure timely shipment to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper labeling and tracking of all warehouse stock for traceability and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Warehouse Operations & Compliance
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Ensure all materials and goods flow seamlessly from warehouse to production and final dispatch.
- Accurately record all warehouse transactions in Oracle/ERP system.
- Ensure timely and correct data entry of received and dispatched goods.
- Maintain batch records and complete documentation with accuracy.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- Measurement:
- Inventory record accuracy
- Internal error/complaints
- FCL unloading efficiency
- Cargo turnover

Requirement
|
Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Valid Forklift Driver License or willingness to obtain it within the probation period.
- Experience in safely operating forklifts to store and retrieve goods from high-level racks, requiring advanced handling skills, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) for documentation purposes.
- Ability to use warehouse barcode system, Oracle, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift heavy materials as required in daily operations.
- Team player with good communication skills and a flexible attitude towards work assignments.

- Experience in pharmaceutical plants is a plus

Operations and Employee Benefit:
Working hour
|
- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- 8.30am – 5.30pm
|
Leaves
|
- AL: 15 days (increase 1 day each year, capped at 20 days)
- Public holiday – all National and Johor state gazette holidays
|
Meal allowance
|
- RM 300 per month (to remove after canteen is available. Free meal will be provided)
