Annual Sales Target setting |
Set-up each individual customer target by monthly basic on own forecast of market trend. |
Sales Activity |
Customer inquiry correspondence |
Reply all queries and correspondence from overseas/local customer and branch in timely manner. |
Quotation Preparation and negotiation |
Provide quotation and price negotiation to customer. |

Order Management |
Prepare sales contract and proforma invoice for the order confirmation. |

Check the progress of orders, production status, delivery status by communicating with production team and customer. |

Highlight special request from customer to production and follow up until completing to meet customer satisfaction. |

Stock monitering and control |
Monitor the stock status and control stock level. |

Customer Management |
Customer complaint/claim management |
Check and figure out the details of the complaint/claim, Visit customer with technician if necessary to settle the case swifly. |
Customer Visit |
Receive customer when they visit the company. |
|
Visiting Customer |
Visit customers in regular basis to build/maintain good relationship and to check/update the market status, their business status, competitors' movement and expect potential orders. |
|
Customer card management |
Regulary update customer card; customer profile, special requirement, customer visit report, complaint & investigation report must be stated clearly in CRM. |

Coordinate to hold technical seminar by supporting team leader. |

Shipment Management |
Shipping order management |
Set monthly shipment schedule and make sure monthly shipment target achievement. |
Prepare/distribute shipping order as customer request considering delivery schedule, inventory status, production schedule. |

Check the all shipping-related documents; Invoice, packing list, BL, D/O, coil list, container load list, cert to prevent mistake. |

Vessel/Transportation arrangement |
Liaise with logistics, transporters, forwarding agents, liner agent for vessel and delivery schedule |

Make sure vessel or transport booking within budget or lowest rate. |
||
Factory Coordination |
Coordinate with production to make sure order will be ready before shipment, with shipping to shipment arrangement and QC for the required certificate |

Payment Collection |
Payment status monitering |
Monitor and follow up the payments status with the customer and oversea branch to ensure monthly achievement of ACP(Average Collection Period) |
Monitor overdue invoices to ensure the collection of the payments |

Prepare and complete KPI project requirement and KPI Report |
CMS Management |
Prepare standardization |

Internal meeting |
Attend internal meeting related sales activities |

Regular Report Management |
Reivew and prepare Sales report; weekly report, S&P report, chairman report etc |

Education Background |
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent. |

Fresh grads to 2 years experience of Sales in any industry; or |
|||||
Fresh grads to 2 years experience of Sales Executive (indoor, outdoor) related in manufacturing environment preferably in MNC/heavy manufacturing industry especially related to steel industry |
