Position: Service Point Acquisition

Location: Semenanjung Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partner acquisition by engaging retail stores to sign up for Company Buyer Self-Collection services, offering parcel collection for Company Buyers
  • Agents will receive a targeted location list and are required to pitch the Company Program to those stores
  • Manage the end-to-end process including:
    • Lead acquisition
    • Contract signing
    • Delivery of Point-of-Sale Material (POSM)
    • Onboarding and training of new partners

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Confident in pitching and driven to meet sales goals
  • Outgoing personality with excellent negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and spreadsheet management)
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or higher
  • Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage

Performance Incentive:

  • Collection Point (CP) acquisition incentive package (Based on performance – Up to RM2000+)

Job Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM200
  • Lead Incentive: Earn up to RM125 per CP (RM150 for rural areas)
  • Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act (EA)
  • Language Allowance: RM500 (for Mandarin speakers in required areas)
  • RM500 Transport Allowance (Klang Valley area – After pass probation)

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
