Job Position: Retail Associate

Location: Singapore

Working  Time: 9:30am – 10:00pm (3 hours break)

Working Day: 5 Days/ week

Basic Salary: SGD ,900 – SGD ,100

Job Scope:

• Assist customers with product info, features, and shopping needs
• Share accurate info on store policies, services, and promotions
• Follow the company service standards when serving customers
• Meet sales targets
• Do stock count and report defective/damaged items
• Handle stock replenishment, transfers, and returns
• Maintain neat and tidy displays and sales floor
• Support with signage, gift wrapping, alterations, deliveries, etc.
• Perform cashier duties
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Min GCE O-Level, SPM Certificate 
• Must be good in English Speaking
• Retail experience is a bonus
• Cheerful, well-groomed, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5-day work week, must be able to work weekends/public holidays
